Lighting & Music Solutions strives to provide the highest quality services, rentals, and installations. Please review our refund policy below:
1. Services & Installations

All sound, lighting, and stage installation services are custom and designed per client specifications.

Refunds for completed services are not available.

If a service is canceled before work begins, a full refund will be issued.

Partial refunds may be considered if work has already started, depending on the scope and materials used.
2. Equipment Rentals

Rental cancellations 7 days or more before the rental date: full refund.

Rental cancellations less than 7 days before the rental date: 50% refund.

No refunds for rentals canceled on the day of the event.

Refunds will not apply for damaged or lost equipment caused by the renter.
